REQUIREMENT OF PHYSICAL CLEARANCE OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
After payment of fees and Online Registration, candidates should proceed to School of Basic Studies General Office for Physical Clearance with the following:
- Provisional Admission Slip
- Eligibility Test Result
- Admission Acceptance Form
- Payment Slip
- A copy of Bank Teller (Original & Photocopy)
- Original and Photocopies of Birth Certificates
- Local Governmant Identification Letter from candidate’s Local Government.
- Two recent 3.5 X 4.5cm Passport Photographs with White Background
